Budgets have been as low as £20k to as high as £43m, time periods have been from single months to a full year and team sizes from 3 to 300+ FTEs.

 

I have worked extensively with third party suppliers, often in situations where they are providing a service on the critical path.

 

I believe strongly in programme transparency and reporting to ensure that the programme sponsors and team members have the relevant information and facts to hand in a clear and concise manner. I have used multiple toolsets to achieve the programme/project objectives, from Microsoft Project to Smartsheets to Excel.
